Do not underestimate this quest! It is one of the preliminary quests, which will lead you to Twilight Highlands, upon reaching level 84.
I needed badly to do the chain, due to fact that I needed the enchanthing rod recipe to be able to craft highest level enchanthing (above 500) which is sold by a belf vendor there, whom you won't get any acces, unless you are directed there by this chain.

You can't get this until you've turned in "Where is my warfleet?" Where Is My Warfleet?
I had a hard time finding her. The way I eventually did is by going down where the airborne priests are. Then hopping on a flying mount right out in front. She's towards the left but she faces towards the inside of the boat.

What to do
Description
I gave Hellscream my personal guarantee that I'd have his airfleet ready this week, but our flagship - The Spear of Durotar - still doesn't have its primary engines installed. Fleep promised me a dangerously shiny new engine last week. Go to her junkyard behind the bank and find out what the holdup is. The airfleet is waiting on us, {name}!

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Where Is My Warfleet?
The Highlands are the home of the Dragonmaw orcs. If we show them our might they would ally with us against the Twilight's Hammer. I am certain! The fleet is gathering at Bilgewater Port in Azshara but there are reports of delays.
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Smoot's Samophlange
It was the Captain who insisted his new engines use an induction samophlange. Those things hadn't even been invented yet! I tasked Smoot with creating one based on some stolen Venture Company schematics, and he's finally built a working model.
