Return to Thalodien

Return to Thalodien is a quest for level 25-30 in Netherstorm. It is step 26 of 103 in the Netherstorm storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Netherstorm at 32.0, 64.1. It rewards 525 experience.

Description

It would be best if this information got back to Thalodien as soon as possible. I'll stay here and cover our tracks.

It wouldn't do us much good to have Kael'thas find out what we were snooping around here. Secret information is always better if your enemy doesn't know you have it.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Shutting Down Manaforge CoruuNetherstorm · Level 25-30

Thalodien told us of your success in disabling Manaforge B'naar. He expects a repeat performance here and asked us to keep an eye out for anyone using a crystal to access the console inside. Overseer Seylanna holds the access crystal, we're sure of it. Go back in there and finish the operation.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Shutting Down Manaforge DuroNetherstorm · Level 25-30

So Manaforge Duro is under attack and Sunfury forces have lost control? What a dilemma! If Duro goes down, then Tempest Keep goes down. Only drawback is... if Tempest Keep is destroyed, the explosion will probably take what little remains of this forsaken land with it. Dead Kael'thas is good.
