I was initially looking for 24 green runes in the area to destroy. Start the quest by locating the table near Lady Narjiss (if you are facing each other, will be on the left side). Opens a Bejeweled style game. Break 24 green runes, win.

If you're stuck in the game, just exit it via the buff. Your points are not lost. Re-entry and finish the game.
