i'm going to try not turning this quest in and see if i can just keep the super strong buff forever. with next patch looming soon, i don't know if i care too much about progressing this story line, especially on an alt. the buff may be far more valuable to keep. i will try and update this comment after some time testing it.

Has anyone completed this (but not yet turned in), and tried to do the WQ Terrace Terrors at the same time? I was able to kill the # of Naga required at the same time as this quest, but none of the weapon racks are glittering as before I picked up this quest, I keep running around the WQ area marked on the map, tried running out/back in, restarting game, nothing.

Edit: Sure enough, turned this quest in, went back and was able to finish Terrace Terrors WQ.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • We Can't Have Dull WeaponsNazjatar · Level 50

For a squid head, you sure are making my life easier. I guess you get to live long enough to complete another task. Our new weapons are forged from some foreign material that I don't quite trust. You won't catch me sharpening any blades, but the work still needs to get done. Get to it!

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Sea Slug LiquidationNazjatar · Level 50

My brief studies have shown that the refinement process creates a byproduct that is invisible to the naked eye, but is easily seen with refracted bioluminescent light. The sea floor is littered with creatures that produce just what we need to track down this weapons cache.
