if you are looking for info how to get runelocked chest WQs, this is what you need : go to small lake in NW part of the Coral Grove (57,39), there is a underwater cave called Maein's Challenge.You will find small arcane chest containing Silver Knife there and this is start of short quest chain leading to WQ unlock.Works for both factions.
This quest is ridiculous...I get 4 yellows to line up but then clearing another color clears them out! grrr....if I wanted to play candy crush I would!
