If stuck and can't solve further..
Quit the game by right-clicking on the [spell=298661] buff next to the map. Then restart. Not only will it give you a new puzzle, any progress you made in the previous puzzle will not be lost.
if you are looking for info how to get runelocked chest WQs, this is what you need : go to small lake in NW part of the Coral Grove (57,39), there is a underwater cave called Maein's Challenge.You will find small arcane chest containing Silver Knife there and this is start of short quest chain leading to WQ unlock.Works for both factions.
This quest is ridiculous...I get 4 yellows to line up but then clearing another color clears them out! grrr....if I wanted to play candy crush I would!
