The Pearls are inside the large pink chittershell clams that are just laying around. They do not sparkle, just hover of the clams and you will see the cog indicating they can be opened. Opening the shell does not auto-loot the pearl, however, you must click the pearl afterwards. If you wait too long the pearl will despawn.

Note, there are a lot of these calms in the pools!

Description

It seems the Shirakess are never satisfied with the number of pearls we source for them. They're always demanding more. Before you came along, it was my job to crawl around the cavern, cracking open clams. So you see, you have some purpose, other than being a mindless sack of flesh.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits

Before this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Sating SnapdragonsNazjatar · Level 50

It's time for the snapdragons to feed, but it's a job best left to someone a little more expendable. The beasts will eat anything, including your arm if you don't move it away quickly enough. Luckily for you, they've developed a taste for Chitterspine Roe.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • We Can't Have Dull WeaponsNazjatar · Level 50

For a squid head, you sure are making my life easier. I guess you get to live long enough to complete another task. Our new weapons are forged from some foreign material that I don't quite trust. You won't catch me sharpening any blades, but the work still needs to get done. Get to it!
