Talk to Captain Krooz on Mechagon Island at /way 75.52, 22.59
Click "Take me to Zuldazar Harbor"
Once you are there, talk to Dread-Admiral Tattersail at /way 58.46, 62.98
Click "Set sail for Stormsong Valley"
Great Sea Catfish Schools are along rivers and lakes in that area.
I also found Tiragarde Perch Schools and some other schools, but here are the locations where I found Great Sea Catfish.

It took me about 10 minutes to catch 22 without knowing where to look, so I'm sure you'll be able to find them faster with coordinates :)Tip: Use Paste addon to paste multiple waypoints at once
