It's a simple delivery, fly west from the questgiver a couple of hundred yards and you will see a catapult on the ground and Peak Grindstone waiting there.
I did this on my lvl 83 rogue and received 48290xp and 8g 60s
I got stuck in Deepholm (no quests anymore) but it was because this quest did not show up on the mini-map, so I missed the quest giver. He has a questmarker on his head though ...

What to do
Description
Peak Grindstone's team broke down somewhere out there to the west. Think you can make yourself useful for a change and rush some parts out to them, {race}?
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

You have to put an end to this now! Go back northwest onto the front and kill their battle leader, Troggzor the Earthinator. Bring me his cudgel as proof.
After this quest

- Close Escort
Alright, I think I've got it working again. You've got to get the catapult to the stone trogg town, Needlerock Slag, just to the north of the front. The driver will go with you. I'll head back and let Gravel know. There's no doubt that the stone troggs will try to stop you.
