The Repeating Wrenchbots are target-able, so you can set a macro to /tar Repeat then place a target marker icon to easily locate it. Once you are close enough, simply click on the "Bot Re-Energizer" icon and he will follow you around until you bring him to the turn in location.
Also, he will aid you in battle so you could do other quests in the vicinity before you turn in the last one.
If you have more than one quest that uses the Bot Re-Energizer, it probably will disappear when you turn in the other quest,
That means you need to go back to
/way 50.2 46.8 Tizzy to get a new one.
When you use the object, it does not matter if you killed a robot or someone else killed a robot, you will get all the dead robots in a vacinity to activate when you use the Bot Re-Energizer and you should quickly run back to Tizzy's energizer once you gain a dead robot passenger ... they do not last very long.

This is for anyone who, like me, still couldn't figure out how to get the bot re-energizer back after it disappeared turning in another quest. You must actually speak to Recycler Kerchunk in order to get a bot re-energizer again. He is at 71.5, 38.8

What to do
Description
We don't waste anything around here. Every defeated bot gets a second chance! If I'm going to fix this mechaspider, I'm going to need a few extra wrenchbots working with me. Use my Bot Re-Energizer on three dead Repeating Wrenchbots and bring them to me, and I'll put them to work.

Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Shop Project
As a reward for all your help here, I was planning to fix this old mechaspider mount to give to you. I could use some more of your help though to get this project started!
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Ready to Rumble
We're going to need a new Sixteen-Servo-Actuator if we're going to fix the controls on this thing. Bondo's gang at the yard probably has one, but they usually aren't too helpful. Talk to Bondo, see if you can get us one.
