Lord Saltheril sends his most sincere greetings, along with a cordial invitation to join him at his estate south of Silvermoon.

A portion of the grounds have been carved out as a decadent haven for those seeking refined company and pleasant conversation. He believes you would bring a... unique perspective.

Receiving an invitation is a rare honor. His lordship hopes you will accept.

finished all story and side quest for eversong...
(EDIT) you have to complete the entire 17/17 Campaign to unlock his quest line

As a blood elf who completed the original Saltheril's Haven The Party Never Ends, the quest text adds a little nod to this: "He recalls you were quite delightful in the past and would enjoy making your acquaintance again".
A nice little touch! I still have my old party invitation in my bags :)
