If your having problem with this quest just look to the right you shold see a hut in the hut is the mob named Tinkerer Sniggles wich shod drop the key cod (51 , 24) This quest will follow the chain questes [Samophlange]

Description

With the apparatus deactivated, the control panel can be opened up and the samophlange removed from the console. With everything else in place, all that is left is to acquire the key to unlock the console.
