TheWoWDBAs you enter the cave to do the dailies The Big Kah-Oona and Monkey Mischief, you will notice several cages with singles and rings with pairs of Misguided Serpent in them. These are the serpents you need to rescue. As you hover your pointer over them, the pointer will change to a looting pointer and you click on them to "rescue" them. Be careful when using AoE spells around them as this will cause them to attack you.

Yet the other NPC says the Cloud Serpents are perfectly fit for Pet Battles.
Be warned: Cleave attacks on the hozen will kill the hatchling serpents! Make sure to grab them first before attacking!

Captured hatchlings are forced to fight one another in the pits, for nothing more than the Oona's amusement. Savages! We must save the hatchlings.
