This world quest is a Skinner's paradise. With such fast repsawning mobs and number of people blindly killing them, you can farm at a phenomenal rate in 10 minutes I had obtained:
289 Fiendish Leather
5 [item=151568]
and roughly 100 of both Unbroken Claw and Unbroken Tooth
Its well worth spending a few minutes here cleaning up and making yourselves much better off for leather with minimal effort.
