Annoying quest. Drop is not 100% and not enough mobs in the area. One other person doing the quest can wipe every quest mob off the map and have you waiting on respawns.
With low drop rate per drop quest.
This world quest is a Skinner's paradise. With such fast repsawning mobs and number of people blindly killing them, you can farm at a phenomenal rate in 10 minutes I had obtained:

and roughly 100 of both Unbroken Claw and Unbroken Tooth
Its well worth spending a few minutes here cleaning up and making yourselves much better off for leather with minimal effort.
