This is indeed a reference to The Odyssey. There are some obvious big differences between the real story and this quest, but anybody who's read the story can see the base similarities. In the story, Odysseus put wax from bees into the ears of the crew so they couldn't hear the Sirens' Song. Without getting into too much detail, Odysseus went into Hades (the Underworld) and spoke with Tiresias who had warned him of many dangers, one of which being the Sirens. However, due to curiosity and navigational purposes, Odysseus ordered the crew to tie him up (similar to the way you are tied up in the
Cool little quest. Anybody know the /script for the song she sings? I actually dropped the quest and redid it just to hear it once more. It really was quite captivating @_@
