TheWoWDBJust tried this WQ, not able to complete it. I've tried with my own mount with skyriding, switched to a dragonflight mount, tried the one the npc offers, none of them passed through the first hoop successfully - as if you hadn't gone through it, the arrows keep pointing back to it and the timer goes off putting you back at the start...

I've had this issue 2 weeks in a row as well. I have reported it as a bug, hopefully it gets fixed!
