Evoking the Forge

Evoking the Forge is a quest for level 73-75 in The Ringing Deeps. It is step 7 of 9 in the Exploring Gundargaz storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in The Ringing Deeps at 43.3, 28.3. It rewards 4,950 experience and money.

Description

Harumph! This blasted forge is on its last legs. We'd repair it, but Stonemason Itsak picked up a shift at Ironhaul Station when the Coreway collapsed, and well...

There's no one to fix it anymore.

If you can figure out a way of getting it running hot again, Gundargaz would be in your debt!

Similar to a couple of other quests in this area, which are exclusive to other classes like [class=8] and [class=4], this quest is exclusive to the [class=13].

To complete this quest, simply look to the [npc=214109] in the middle of the stone structure next to [npc=213841] (to their west) and cast Fire Breath at it.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Conjured HelpThe Ringing Deeps · Level 73-75

If you're looking for food--softy food--I'm afraid we're clean out. Nothing but good ol' rocks and gems here at the moment. It's starting to become a problem, actually. Say... you wouldn't be able to do anything about that, would you? Rustle us up some victuals for the fleshy folk?

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • A Shadow Over GundargazThe Ringing Deeps · Level 73-75

You look dangerous. <Toki spits on the ground.> That's good. We need dangerous. Something is stalking Gundargaz. Something mean. Something... recent. Just before the Coreway collapsed I started getting reports of workers going missing mid-shift.
