Found a nice spot at 61, 39 right on the sea floor
Can be really hard to see sometimes, as they camouflage pretty good, even with their nameplate highlighted in red. They are found on the seafloor, often times on those green round plant things.
It is quite annoying that none of the quests in this batch give Earthen Ring rep.

Description
Been attacked by any of the eels along the ridges yet? If not, you will. They are vicious, bloodthirsty little monsters. They don't seem to show much of any preference in what they're biting. If you're going out into the valley, I'd appreciate if you thinned their population a bit. Not everyone here is as well equipped as you - we might not come back with just scratches.
