Slime Time is a quest for level 10-45 in Highmountain. It is step 3 of 6 in the Murky Waters storyline. The quest's turn-in marker is in Highmountain at 42.7, 10.9. It rewards 6,150 experience and money.
Murky's a growing boy, he needs to eat! What better than slimeweed for a young murloc?
There's plenty of it around in the water amongst the murlocs; swim through it and feed Murky!

Murky's reaction to the weeds is unbelievably cute. Wish this incarnation in a bubble was a companion pet.
No need to swim through the weeds. Use water-walking or use a mount that can walk on water, and then just run over the weeds in the water.
For us older players this quest brings a lot of memories from the Borean Tundra quests when Lich King was released. Where Tadpoles stole the show there too. I remember everyone talking about the quest chain in those days. Just hilarious. The tadpoles sounds are among my all-time favorites by far. I can't avoid giggling bursts when hearing them.
Oddly enough I hadn't found nor made this quest on previous alts. Just found it while leveling new one (9.1.5). Enjoy!

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Murky is my favorite little fella. However, in order to lead a change in the murloc population here, he needs some awesome abilities. There are a lot of pufferfish around in the water, and I think that they could be a good resource for him. Kill a few and collect their eggs for Murky.

I appreciate murloc-kind far too much to tell you to go kill all the adults. What we should be doing is setting up the next generation to be more peaceful; Murky is the best representative for this. Bring him to talk to the murloc tadpoles. He'll get them on our side.
