East Beacon: 62.7, 52.8
West Beacon: 61.2, 51.2
The mobs to kill for the quest are also in the immediate vicinity.

I landed in Crimson Thicket so I could get to the WQ's in the city. As soon as I landed, this quest popped up, but there was nothing on my map. Had to follow the coordinate's above to find where it was.
For those without coordinates, once you land, open your map and look just below the flight master (south) for a small relief on the map, it looks sort of like a tear drop. The quest area is just below that (south again). You should see the circles for the beacons and a larger area for the mobs to kill.
You will also know you're there because there are a bunch of friendly Withered attacking the same mobs you need to. Nearly all the mobs I killed were inside the city's shield and they would constantly respawn regardless of how many I killed. The withered do seem to do some damage, so this one goes real quick.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

/way #680 62.6 50.6Map coordinates of the pins above. An area the client draws as a shape is given by the centre of its points.
Quests whose map markers the client places closest to this one on Suramar, nearest first. Distances are straight lines between the markers.
Flight points closest to the quest’s first objective area marker on Suramar:
Straight-line distances in yards between the quest’s own map markers (QuestPOI) and the client’s flight-point positions (TaxiNodes); flight paths and terrain are not modelled.
First seen in build 12.0.7.68887 (Midnight patch 12.0.7, the oldest build in our datamine).
Steps, storylines and map placement from the client’s QuestLine, prerequisite and QuestPOI data; neighbouring quest text is Blizzard’s own (quest API), shortened to its opening sentences.
