I had an issue with this quest, the crucible just wasn't there. In the end I exited the "vehicle" and this took me back to the area where you use the sword. I used the sword again, swam back and bingo there it was. Hope this helps

Description
Our revered lady has sent me to aid you in your task. She wants you to retrieve the stolen Crucible of Nazsharin and bring it back here as soon as you can. She grows impatient to start the ritual of summoning so that we might fully begin our preparations for war.
