The world quest is on the map for me but it's not showing up at all in the actual world. Currently in Valsharah near Black Rook Hold, next to to Leygazer's cave. There is no timer on the World Quest and it appears to be expiring within the hour. EDIT: nevermind, it fixed itself, It must have bugged out because I was flagged for PVP after doing Black Rook Rumble, and I dont have warmode on.
Seems it requires Legion Mining skill of 25. Before I hit 25 it wouldn't even show up at all, even though the WQ did show on the map. Right when I hit skill 25 I went back and they were up.
