Does this require advancing the campaign first? There's no quest here for me, but currently I've only done a little bit of the campaign on this char (did it all with first char, skipping with alts) - but Hagar is phased until advancing the campaign (for another quest hub) so i only did the minimum for that one lol.
I've completed the Harandar campaign on my mail, almost done the full Sojouner on an alt, but this quest is not appearing for the alt.

What to do
Description
We have long tended to the roots with the help of the creatures who live and grow here. Think of it as a symbiotic relationship from which we, the creatures, and the roots all benefit. That said, my partner Riverscale isn't contributing very much lately! Please help me find a way to motivate him again. First, you must cleanse off the essence of the outside. Cleanse yourself in the waters of Har'kuai.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

We are blessed to live in Harandar, but this is also our responsibility. The roots of the World Trees wind through these lands. We tend them, and they thrive. That is why it is so important for Riverscale to be back on duty.
