These may prove useful.

If you have difficulties turning in this quest (question mark appears on map but you can't interact with NPC): leave and re-enter the zone, this worked for me.
The quest objective is misleading. It should say something like, "Take the enriched seeds to Kaz the Shrieker", not "Collect enriched seeds". I spent a couple of minutes looking for enriched seeds before I resorted to WoWHead and then I looked in my bags, and there they were.
This quest is picked up by the cradle looking plant thing inside Razorbloom (the place walled off by vines). Check screen shot for the image. Escpecially hard to see the Exclamation Point at higher levels because it blends in so well.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

The botani and their wretched minions take and take and take. They want food, they take our land. They want an army, they take our people. It is important to strike fear into the shrubby hearts of these plant people. Look for their leader, the Voice of Iyu.
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
Commander, you now have the Will of the Genesaur along with the genesis water and enough seeds to grow an army. Not to mention the Laughing Skulls you helped save. I would call this mission a success.
