This is officially the worst "build your item/recipe" style quest to date. There have been a few but this trumps it. Tubbin's throws all the items in the air and you have to catch them before they land and he does at least keep repeating until you have finished each step; fun in theory but when you can only collect one or two at a time it quickly gets annoying to both do the task and hear him tell you what it is. I'm happy Blizzard tried to switch it up a little but throwing all the items at once is a little ridiculous.

I like how this quest is a requirement for the ENTIRE expansion.
This is a perfect example of a quest that SHOULD be fun, but they made it *!@#.
The part which should be the fun gameplay, trying to catch all the parts, is completely nullified by the fact that he throws stuff you cannot possibly collect. Turning the quest from a fun diversion to basically "sit and wait".

Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Where this quest fits
Before this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- Lost in the Desiccation
<Exposure to the Light has rendered Theotar incapable of forming coherent sentences. Instead of telling you how to get to his hideout, he mumbles incoherently while pointing in random directions.> Lost... Syb... Tubbins... Late for tea... <You'll have to find Theotar's hideout a different way.>
After this quest
Taken from the storyline's own step order.
- An Uneventful Stroll
I hope I wasn't too unpleasant while under the Light's influence. I do try to restrain myself, but the pain it causes is... maddening. Anyway, that tea picked me right up! When I last saw Prince Renathal, the Master was dragging him off to that big tower looming over the Ember Ward.
