The objects are all in the cave. The entrance is at /way 76.78 38.23
If you're missing the [item=202247] you can ask [npc=207311] for a new pair. She might not be visible due to some strange phasing, if so, leave the area or even the zone if needed (
I went to the Veiled Ossuary in Thaldraszusthe fastest way is just flying East until the zone changes to The Great Sea), and she should be spawned in the cave entrance.
Also note that there are two caves quite close: if you see a gale wind (a tornado with an ohuna that boosts you while dragon riding) in front, you're in the wrong cave, the right one is in a higher platform slightly to the East.
