I cannot find the starter quest anywhere. The map area in Zul aman in the north I see Chel the Chip there but he gives no quest. None of the guides describe how to actually 'start' this.. im 8/8 for the week and can't use them. I sure hope someone will post an actual starter guide at some point.
Same. Did not realize it was bugged, but I've tried everything w/o success to complete the initiation quest.
