Had to physically fly to the top quest location, it did not appear on my map or mini map. If you cant get the quest in the main city, youll physically need fly to way 31.6, 26.2 you should see DunDun to start the quest

Description
De loa have reunited with us forest trolls, and de land reacts with glorious bounty! Do ya wish to take part? Then go north, and meet me at de entrance to Loaknit Den. There I will introduce ya to prosperity and plentitude like ya never seen...
