Directions to reach [npc=104331] for the world quest The Angler Mangler, a criteria of Fishing 'Round the Isles.
Head North from the Irongrove Retreat flight point.
Immediately before the base of the steps to Moonguard, turn left and cross the river as high as you can.
Follow upstream on the West bank, then drop down to the quest area.Note that [npc=104331] has a spawn timer of around five minutes and is not cross-faction for tagging.

Gobo spawns at 25.60 - 17.10 whit something like 6 mins respawn time from what i saw.
You might need to know that as the fish can only be tagged by one faction so you will maybe have to camp it!
