For anyone wondering, yes, whatever class you complete the quest with, ALL
the remaining weapon rewards will be unlocked & added to your transmog tab.This way you don't have to redo the same quest multiple times on different
alts just to get every weapon for transmog purposes.

You actually have to complete the quest on a character that can equip the weapon. For instance, I have done it on my Paladin and my Priest. I have everything except the bow. For the bow I would need to do it on a Warrior, Rogue, or Hunter. Do it on a Warrior and a Spellcaster though, and you'll get everything. Warriors get everything but Wands. Spellcasters get wands. So you will need to do it twice.
I see no wand. So a Warrior would unlock every appearance from this quest. Afryte said they're a Warrior, and I would bet money that Thatsoureric is one, too. edit Aug 12th: Did it on my Warrior last night, after only doing it on a Druid, and now all weapons are unlocked, according to the "Completion" info in the tooltip (be sure to use the Wowhead Client and set up your characters on the Profiler)

Description
This wind rider will take you to Broken Shore, {name}. May your weapon bring you many kills today. The Warchief has already made landfall, I will wager you will simply need to follow the trail of demon blood.
