A People in Need of Healing

When I did the scenario after killing the projection I was unable to talk to Thrall.

Logging out and in again teleported me to Orgimmar and I was able to hand the quest in and continue.

This is the questline for the Orc Heritage armor.
For this questline you must have an [race=2] at level 50+ who is exalted with Orgrimmar.
The first quest popped up after login and wants us to meet Eitrigg in Orgrimmar.

2. A Summon to Orgrimmar - meet Eitrigg in the main house
3. 
   
4. A People in Need of Healing - use the portal in front of Grommash Hold
   - follow [npc=199053] and talk to [npc=199136]
   - click the 4 totems around you. Wait the dialogue and talk to [npc=199136] to start the fights. Defeat the wolves.
   - Destroy the totems to weaken [npc=201615] and defeat him too.
   - Talk to [npc=199140] and click the extra button [spell=395792]

6. The Kosh'harg - click the [npc=200266] in front of the house. Talk to [npc=199148]

8. The Blessing of the Clan - enter the main house and choose a champion. Not sure if this make a difference, I took [npc=199173] and got The Long Knives after turn in
   - Tracking a Killer - find the clues
   - Cornering Gor'krosh - follow the paws/yellow dots to /way 59.168 63.40 the nest. Click it and kill [npc=199186]. Click the blood
   
   The Blessing of the Land - click the skeleton at /way 40.71 26.91
   - The Spirit of Thunder Ridge - click the seeds in the water around you (you don't get an item). Click the the skeleton again
   
   The Blessing of the Ancestors - talk to [npc=199383], next quest is An Important Heirloom.
   - Learn Cooking at [npc=201018] and pick up [item=202646] in the house nearby
   - Orcish Groceries - click the cookbook near you. Find or purchase all the cooking ingredients marked on the map. I found the [item=202026] at 51.32 43.89 on the ground a bit hard to see
   - A Worthy Offering - click extra button [spell=264632]. In case you can't find the receipes, change the filter to Classic or search for the receipes manually. Cook [item=202710], [item=202708], [item=202709] and [item=202032]. Place the feast at the marked area

10. Honor and Glory - enjoy the foods on the tables to fill the bar. Talk to [npc=201505] and defeat him. You can pickup and throw [spell=400758], they are on the ground near the tables. Turn in (cinematic)

12. Aka'magosh - turn in and get your [spell=399753] and also [item=204170]. I got three full transmogs (see below), so I assume it doesn't matter what champion we chose at the beginning

The questline took about 35 minutes at level 70 and ilvl 350.

In the instanced Alterac Valley you can actually explore the entire zone by jumping just to the side of the building you initially port in on over the steep hills. The lower part of the camp has npcs but I couldn't find any others in the rest of the zone. Thus, not too interesting but fun.
