I think my only question is; WHY are we giving this journal to Stillwater, which it's pretty much damning? Shouldn't we give it to like....I dunno, someone who will call Syl? Seems like some bad stuff is going on here....Bad stuff even the Queen would get ticked off at.

Description
The journal documents the last 62 days of Clerk Horrace Whitesteed's life. In it is written damning allegations against Warden Stillwater and his activities at the Sludge Fields. You should show this to the warden. He will undoubtedly have an explanation for what is written in this journal.
