Scout captain Elsia is located around coord 47 42. You can easly climb a broken wall close to those coord and, once on top level, you can't miss her

It should be noted that this quest has to be completed the same day it is accepted. I tried to find Caption Elsia at /way 47.2 40.6 but she wasn't there. I abandoned the quest, started it again the next day and she was there.

Description
We need to counter the beasts the Zandalari are using to strike at our camp. I have dispatched Scout Captain Elsia to the Beast Pens along with some war mages to provide cover. Go and find her east of here near the breaches in the wall and help her trim down the cavalry and siege beasts being levied against us. They are masked, so look for the shimmers of their magical cloaking spells.
