The Beginning of Something Beautiful

Just my quick notes on [item=224150]

It is a mount which is rewarded after a quest-chain. The starter-item [item=225952] is dropped by [npc=216046] in Azj-Kahet on top of a big Platform.

/way #2255 63 66 Tka'ktath

[npc=216046] is quite tanky, has a long respawn and I'd recommend doing him in a group, everyone in the group, even a Raid can loot the item it is personal loot.
So if it is up help your fellow grinders out and open a Custom Group with "Tka'ktath UP" and get as many people in as possible.

After acquiring the Questitem it will send you to [npc=218171]. IMPORTANT: The NPC will only talk to you once you have reached a certain Point in the Mainstory-Line in Azj-Kahet with [faction=2600], it should enable you to talk to many Nerubians in the City. (I don't know the specific Main Story Quest necessary).

Quest 1: Those Are Chitin Words
I recommend going to the Isle of Dorn and grind the Nerub there they can hyperspawn and have a chance to drop [item=224025]. This spot is best used in a group.

Grind 1500 [item=225950] and get back to Shalba.

Some commenters also recommended going Solo-Follower dungeons as an alternative for the Dorn-Groupfarm.

Quest 2: Venom? More Like Get 'Em
Same procedure as Quest 1, just grind 1000 [item=226135] and get back to Shalba.

Someone recommended farming [npc=216032]&[npc=221032] for this step it is a Rare Duo. The drop-rate is supposed to be quite high, and they are soloable.

Quest 3: A Small Ocean's Worth of Blood
This one was a bit trickier to grind, you need 500 [item=226136], which only drop from Ascended Nerubians and Skyrazors. I tested multiple strategies, most ended up being very slow (Northern Azj-Kahet, in the City of Threads, Dungeonfinder).
The by FAR best strategy was doing [zone=15093] as a Solo-FOLLOWER Dungeon, kill all the mobs you can find it should yield you between 50-120 [item=226136] per run.

After you collected the items, bring them back to Shalba, after that you will have a short walk behind their house and get your beautiful mount!

Created a waiting group party on my server for it.
Invited 40 people, lost 60K in gamble (deathroll), waited 3 hours.
Then a guy left and /w me :" He's up on my server".

We created the group on his server, everyone got the loot to start the quest.

Felt like classic / old WoW experiment !

Now farming all the stuff !

You have to complete the campaign up to the point that you unlock the City of Threads.
