On THis Quest The Catalyst Awakens YOu need to go to 47 87 an islet in the middle of the lake, when You will get ther you will be teleported up then go inside chamber and press on [object=370495] ( that will finish quest and You can back to Quest giver ).
Now in [object=370495] You are able to conver S3 items to set items. If you will conver 265 ilvl item you will get 265 ilvl item. Is looks like You can do 1 item in a week and You need to play in [currency=2009].
Head, Chest, Legs: - 1500 [currency=2009]
Shoulder, Gloves - 1200 [currency=2009]
Wrist, Cloak - 600 [currency=2009]
Feet, Belt - 800 [currency=2009]Not all items are converted to set items ( only that with can be )

This quest seems to appear after completing last quest in [storyline=1262] storyline - The Pilgrimage Ends.
The first time I went up there I just flew in, and it did not complete the quest for me once I opened the interface. Today I tried going back and using the teleporter and that worked.
I would post this on Live Wowhead, but for some reason this quest isn't listed at all there ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
