The Infinite Circle is a quest for level 60 in Zereth Mortis. It is step 8 of 15 in the Starting Over storyline. It rewards 1,000 experience and money.
Creation calls--can you hear it? Yet darkness lingers below, taints the ancient melody.
To forge anew, peace must be restored. The Walker must walk, and protect.
There is much to be done. Lead the way.

If the quest NPC to turn in the quest doesn't show up, abandon quest and take it again.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Darkness spreads dissonance throughout these halls. Mawsworn drain life from the air, and give only suffering in return. This must not be. If the song is to be restored, silence is needed. The Mawsworn must be destroyed.

Essences of ancient souls, tampered with--they bleed from each room. The halls must be restored, the flow of souls redirected. The spheres hold the key. Seal the breaches, restore the flow, then the vessel may be filled.
