Accept the quest, The Critical Path from your Garrison Board, or by using the Adventure Guide.
1. The Critical Path - (Video) - Click on [npc=81103], your gryphon flight master, and select "Take me to my base in Talador."
• You will be flown to just west of Fort Wrynn, Talador.
• Enter Fort Wrynn, and turn in the quest to [npc=79133] at 69.8, 20.8, and accept At Your Command.2. At Your Command - (Video) - Click on your [object=230665] and select which outpost building you would like:
• Wrynn Artillery Tower granting [spell=162075]
• Arcane Sanctum granting [spell=161767]NOTE: For purposes of this guide, I would recommend choosing Wrynn Artillery Tower as it is superior in capability to the Arcane Sanctum [spell=161767].
• Turn the quest in to [npc=79133].

When talking to Dungar I get the following error message:
There is no direct path to that destination!
If you're a new/returning to WoW player and you're here because you can't access the flight path...
Go to the Dark Portal in Blasted Lands. Here, you can speak to Khadgar and start a quest that will take you to Draenor.(I was very confused. I think I did one stage of a quest chain then dropped it. Then the Adventure Guide gave me this quest at >90, which does nothing to explain that it is Dungar in the Garrison, and not Dungar in Stormwind. Nor help you unlock the garrison if, like me, you haven't. Very confusing!).

Description
The auburn forests of Talador sit at a critical crossroads of this continent, commander. The Iron Horde's fleet is already en route from Gorgrond to Shattrath on the west coast. Talador will fall if we don't reinforce them. I took the liberty of dispatching Foreman Eksos, who has already begun construction on an outpost for your forces not far from the Iron Horde landing point. He awaits your orders sir.
