Description

Bad news. Word has started to circulate about a possible infiltration into the city. That was fast, even for our standards. We're going to do some damage control. I need you to find three of my best assassins. Start by seeking Cyrille- she resides in the Docks District, acting the part of a Steward. She will guide you to the others, and ultimately your target. Commander Elvire. That will buy you and Thalyssra some time.
