It's high time we got back to Azeroth. I think we've done all we can do when it comes to mustering the Windrunners for whatever is to come.

I tried everything I know of but I can't get this quest to show up for me for some reason I've completed everything before this quest so not sure what I'm doing wrong
update- I missed one quest and didn't realize that i had to go back to the maw to talk to Sylvanas before Arator gives me this quest lol
For years now we've been hearing that Chris Metzen's return will mean a return to the glory years, with better storylines and more coherence. The holes and glitches in this quest line don't really inspire much confidence in that being the case.
- Nothing in the final cutscene has anything to do with the quest line up to that point.
- As Tyrsenus points out above, it's almost as if the original intent was for Alleria to tell you her story. Why even have Vereesa show up here?
- Arator's quest wrap dialogue is basically "whoops lolol I guess Xal'atath has more power, whatcha gonna do?"
- And then they. . .just leave.
- And then, Brann shows up and says "hey, champion, come do more delves!"
What a mess.
It's a little odd that you <tell Vereesa of your journey>, and you're shown what happens to her sister on another planet. I'm guessing they originally put Alleria here to tell you what she witnessed, but it was changed to Vareesa?

When I decided to come here, I have to admit that I wasn't sure what I would find. There's no disputing the terrible things that Sylvanas has done, and it's a burden that she will have to bear for the rest of her days. But seeing her, like this... Come. We've been here too long as it is.
Its criteria name 3 quests; others include:
Paths Forward has 12 steps, from Excising the Incursion to The Eleventh Hour.
Maps its steps are placed on (steps per map): The Maw (10), Tazavesh (1), Dornogal (1).
