This quest has the same task as One Day at a Time and Continuing the Cure quests. Every part of Insurrection starts from the same quest, only titles are different. So, you have to choose one npc in Shal'Aran and give him / her [item=143597] to cure. Get back to Thalyssra then.

It is just that we have received a troubling message. Help me distribute the latest batch of the arcan'dor fruit, then we will discuss the message.
