Description

This new First Arcanist appointed by Elisande. This... Andaris. If she is as dangerous as I have heard, then Ly'leth may well be lost.

I am sorry, I should not entertain such thoughts. It is just that we have received a troubling message.

Help me distribute the latest batch of the arcan'dor fruit, then we will discuss the message.

This quest has the same task as One Day at a Time and Continuing the Cure quests. Every part of Insurrection starts from the same quest, only titles are different. So, you have to choose one npc in Shal'Aran and give him / her [item=143597] to cure. Get back to Thalyssra then.
