Yeah, thank god! Hate this boring quest, now it atleast goes a bit faster.
This quest is guaranteed to be offered in the daily batch of four Golden Stair quests (the other three quests are selected randomly).
It is usually best to do this one last, as some of the other quests offered (rescuing torture victims or stopping the Shao-Tien Behemoth ritual) also involve killing mogu, which counts towards this quest, and you might also pull some by accident while doing the others.
