OK just confirmed this. This quest needs lvl 70.

I tried to get this quest at level 69 but i couldnt. You would get a silver ! (which as always it means there is a quest here but you are to low level for it).

I did no other quest and came back to Commander Ameer on level 70 and the quest was available to me. I also was neutral with the consortium.

The information listed here for level 68 requirement is false. It might have been change with the patch, which makes some sense to me since the rewards are a bit OP for a lvl 68 to have.

Regards

Description

Directly south of here you will find the Ethereum Staging Grounds. The Ethereum are there, preparing for something... Perhaps an assault on Ultris. We can't take any chances, though, {class}. Break through their perimeter defenses and take out their training facility. Once you've destroyed their soldiers and Captain Zovax, locate Ethereum transponder Zeta and use it to establish contact with me to get your next set of orders.

Where to go

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Securing the Celestial RidgeNetherstorm · Level 25-30

The nether dragons have the same ferocious temperament as their black dragon forbears, but there is something entirely alien about them. They hatch and mature rapidly, harnessing the strange energies that forged their kind in the destruction of Draenor.

After this quest

Taken from the storyline's own step order.

  • Ethereum DataNetherstorm · Level 25-30

Look around you, fleshling. Very close to this transponder should be an Ethereum data cell. Locate that data cell, open it, and retrieve the contents. Bring it back to this transponder at once!
