You can obviously get into this LFR using the Raid Finder from the Tidal Conflux after you talk to Jaina since it's been open. But if you want to do the run just for kicks to the Raid entrance, just head for the back of the platform behind Jaina and Genn at about 50.51 20.92 and jump off, you won't die, it's a little easier on a mount(don't need Flying). Head for the pool, in the back dead center, and jump in. As you sink, you don't have to do anything, it's an auto-swim through the beautiful cave to the Meeting Stone for the Raid, and queue the Raid Finder there. The purple orb by the stone will port you back up to The Tidal Conflux..
Quest
The Eternal Palace: Queen's Gambit
A World of Warcraft quest in Nazjatar. Facts and objectives from the current retail game data.

This quest turns in where it was given: at the Tidestone outside the palace, around 50, 24 in Nazjatar.
Why is this a surprise? For the last few expansions, Blizzard has had raid quests for you to complete without the raids being available.

Description
We have opened the way to the palace. We must end this. Queen Azshara is the most powerful sorceress in existence. She mastered magics thousands of years before our archmagi were even born. Still, we must prevail. If not, she and her dark patron will remake all of Azeroth to their desires. Champion, we must defeat Azshara. Are you with us?
