The NPC you are looking for is named Elementalist Morgh, which is found at 60:22 if you have the coordinate mod. If you do not have it however, he can be found, if you've been to Garadar, directly north of it at the Throne of Elements. Good Luck and Happy Adventures!

Description

This amorphous mass of elemental air is speaking to you in a language that you cannot understand. You believe the language to be the tongue of the elements: Kalimag. Perhaps someone at the Throne of the Elements could shed some insight on this unusual find.

Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
