It's bad enough that this "quest" basically consists of walking (which seems to be 80% of Shadowlands' gameplay), but what makes it even more ridiculous is that half way between you and the NPC you're supposed to meet (Draka), you will actually walk right past... Draka. Another instance of the same NPC, from the previous quest, which they didn't bother to remove. But you can't talk to her, you need to ride all the way across the map to talk to the "correct" instance of Draka.

What to do
Description
The Mantle of the Primus... I can hardly believe it. That Gharmal possessed it. That they did not use it against us. That we reclaimed it. This could prove vital toward our efforts to restore Maldraxxus. We must return it to Baroness Draka at the Seat of the Primus immediately.
Where to go
Pins are the quest’s own POI points from the current retail client, projected onto the in-game zone map. The game marks one blob as the quest’s turn-in; the rest are objective areas. Points that fall outside a map’s window are dropped rather than guessed at.
