The "Zandalari" trolls you heal in this quest use the same model as regular trolls, such as the darkspear, but with the Zandalari skin. They even have the same voice and speak the same lines as darkspear trolls when you click them. They also have no tusks, which is pretty weird.
They had to hand craft these trolls to be like this... why?

Description
My people continue to be captured and hauled into de blood trolls' village for de slaughter, to be used as fuel for their dark rituals. Just ahead, I can see some of de captives who fell along de path. I hear their cries as de blood trolls perform their vile rituals upon dem. We cannot leave my people to die in de swamp, {name}! Take dese bandages and save any Zandalari you encounter down dere.
