Is the NPC Kiake only there for hand in during timewalking events?

SPENDING [currency=1166]s

During different Timewalking events (Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, and Cataclysm) specific Timewalking vendors are available with unique items. This means that certain items are available from only one vendor, and the vendors from other Timewalking events will not carry them!

An important thing to note is that each vendor is available ONLY during the corresponding event. For example, [npc=98685] is only available during the week of the Burning Crusade Timewalking event, and will not be available during the Wrath of the Lich King and Cataclysm Timewalking events. Each vendor will be available from the beginning of the event until 24 hours AFTER it is finished (in case you like to make last minute purchases).

The items available for [currency=1166]s include mounts, toys, and various vanity/utility items, as well as Timewarped gear. The gear is unique, in that it will scale to the level of the character that buys it.
It should be noted that the scaling is ONLY when the item is purchased - as such, the item is stuck at the level at which it was purchased (e.g. If you purchase [item=129857] at level 76, the item will retain stats scaled to level 76, even if that character levels to 77 or higher).

While the individual gear list is too extensive to include below, each slot has a set price, as in the chart below.
Gear from certain slots are available from specific vendors but not from others (e.g. helms are only available from [npc=98685] during Burning Crusade Timewalking, and they are not available during Wrath of the Lich King Timewalking). The exception to this are trinkets, which are available during multiple events.
