Rell Nightwind stands above the new fountain at the entrance to Stormwind Keep.
I may be missing something, but it looks like you have to find Admiral Rogers on The Skyfire without help.
Fly due west to the middle of the piers - x coord 24 - and look north in the sky above the mountain range. The Skyfire is up there, just off the Stormwind map but visible. Fly up there and board it. You'll be just off the Stormwind map so coords don't mean much.
East from there is Sky Admiral Rogers (so /tar sky) on top of the bow of the ship. He has a speech bubble. Talk to him and you will arrive in Pandaria (via a superb cut scene)
Look up.

Description
Well, you heard the King. Admiral Taylor's last transmission came from somewhere in the southern seas. We will begin our search from the air! Locating the Prince - the White Pawn - is of critical priority. The Skyfire is fueled, supplied, and ready to depart. She and her crew idle in the sky just north of the harbor. Make your last preparations, then meet Admiral Rogers on the deck. We will depart without delay.
