The Smoking Gun

The Smoking Gun is an Alliance-only quest for level 10-60 in Tiragarde Sound. It is step 1 of 8 in The Ashvane Trading Company storyline, the opening step. The quest's turn-in marker is in Tiragarde Sound at 73.7, 25.1. It rewards 1 reputation reward, 6,150 experience and money.

Description

The Ashvane Company doesn't know it yet, but throwing you into Tol Dagor was the biggest mistake they've ever made.

That new powder we swiped could be the key to bringing them down.

First, how about we give everyone a little demonstration of just how powerful this stuff is?

<Flynn loads a pinch of the glittering powder into his pistol.>

Go ahead, take a shot at that barrel over there.

If you are having trouble figuring out how to fire the gun it's because the mechanic to fire the gun at the barrel is, by default, under the bug reporter. Move the bug reporter up and click. Took me a good long while to figure that out and asking in chat was ZERO help. As usual.

To complete the quest use [spell=248062] action button to fire at the water barrel.

We need to find out how much of this powder they have and where it's going. An old buddy of mine works the ferry down by the Ashvane Foundry. He may know something about this.
