TheWoWDBYou can do either The Vanishing Lord (offered by [npc=121235]) or The Vanishing Lord (offered by [npc=143745] / [npc=143746]), but you can't do both. (You don't even get offered the other while you have one of them in your quest log.)

At some point in time - SL or DF - a bug happened and some players can't start Drustvar from the scouting map at the wall or at the ship's table
so they can't get from Taelia
Their only option is to go to Drustvar zone and get it from the Guadsman Bray
And no it don't show on the map - u need to be there near him in order to be showing in the minimap
Such a very bad bug for major quest for the story line

Whoa there! What business do you have in Drustvar? Lookin' for someone from House Waycrest? Best of luck to ye. Even us in their guard haven't heard a word from them of late. Why, if it weren't for Marshal Reade takin' command, I doubt there'd even be a Waycrest Guard anymore. I think ye'd be better off on yer way, but if yer bent on stayin' I'd head over to Fallhaven. The mayor there is probably the only welcomin' soul left around here. Watch yer back, mainlander. There's dark workings about.
