Just got this quest from the runecarver after maxing my tailoring and freeing him from his shackles.
Hi all
To get this Quest you need to max tailoring to 100. After that go to [npc=164937] in Torghast to get this Quest The Vessels of the Thread now You need to move to [npc=156681] 45 31 in Oribos.
